课程目标:融合神经筋膜理论和中医奇经八脉的太极拳基本功训练。以中医奇经八脉为基础,结合现代神经筋膜理论,通过传统太极拳基本功训练,明确生物力学姿势与运动健康、清晰神经筋膜链协调来提高日常生活工作表现。

  • 促进按摩与手法治疗过程中的最佳身体生物力学姿势。

  • 加强生活工作中人体动态肌筋膜链的协调和平衡。

  • 提高对身体和精神能量健康的意识。

  • 将传统与神经筋膜理论概念相结合,改善姿势、减少身体压力和保持身心和谐

 

太极混元训练的神经筋膜理论概念重点:

枕寰枢复合体: 了解头颈部枕寰枢复合体姿势的重要性及其对整个身体生物力学的影响。正确对齐枕寰枢复合体可以预防紧张并改善神经运动及心理功能。

迷走神经复合体: 探索刺激迷走神经的技术,促进放松并减轻压力,有助于保持身心能量的平衡。

太阳神经丛: 了解太阳神经丛在能量分配和情感健康中的核心作用。学习激活和协调这一能量中心的静态太极练习。

筋膜链理论: 深入理解动态筋膜链神经肌肉关节的解剖学联系,确保协调的工作运动稳定性与协调性。太极混元训练将重点放在保持肌筋膜链的完整性和灵活性,以增强并保持整体身体力学表现能力
